Meticulous care is evident in each of our nine spacious rooms with private bathrooms. We offer all the modern technological advances without infringing upon the grace of our antique furnishings. Imagine a lovely roadside English Inn, or a Sea Captain's home in the early 1800s, filled with artifacts and furnishings from all parts of the world. Rooms with kings, queens, and singles are available. Working fireplaces give five of our rooms a touch of old-world comfort.

All of our beds have the finest mattresses topped with thick down pads and covered with 300-thread count sheets, a feather duvet, and lots of pillows. Each large room is equipped with wireless Internet connection, a writing desk, a telephone (local calls are free), a television and two very comfortable upholstered reading chairs. Our bathrooms come equipped with soft terrycloth robes, hair dryers, big fluffy towels, nice amenities and large showers. Two of our bathrooms have bath tubs.

In addition to our large common room and side room library, you will enjoy our sunny Scottish oak-paneled breakfast room where we serve our sumptuous breakfast buffet each morning. Afternoon refreshments can be enjoyed in the lovely patio garden or in front of a heart warming fire.

A small inn such as ours is dearly affected by cancellations, and while we are sympathetic to emergencies, we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Cancellations prior to two weeks before your reservation will have the deposit refunded minus a $25 handling charge.

Cancellations with less than the required notice defined above will be charged in full for the nights specified in the reservation — unless the room is re-booked, in which case the deposit will be refunded minus the $25 handling charge. Please note that a change in your reservation (i.e. late arrival or early departure) is handled as a cancellation and will be charged for the nights specified in the reservation, unless changes are made to the reservation as defined above.
